The Afterparty cancelled at Apple TV+ after two seasons

Apple TV+ has cancelled its murder mystery comedy series The Afterparty after two seasons. It stars Tiffany Haddish, Sam Richardson and Zoë Chao star in the lead roles.

The series is created by Chris Miller who also served as the executive producer along with Phil Lord under the banner Lord Miller. The show is backed by Aubrey Lee.  The Afterparty follows each of the character's account on the day when a murder takes place, told through a different lens.

Ike Barinholtz, Ben Schwartz, Ilana Glazer, Jamie Demetriou, Dave Franco, John Cho, Paul Walter Hauser, Ken Jeong, Anna Konkle, Poppy Liu, Elizabeth Perkins, Jack Whitehall, Zach Woods and Vivian Wu round off the cast. First season released in January 2022 with second season in July this year.
