Addison Rae is cast in the upcoming live action film Animal Friends which will also feature an ensemble star cast including Ryan Reynolds, Jason Momoa, among others.

The film will be a combination of live action and animated characters. Though the plot of the film is kept under wraps, it is described to be a "road trip adventure"

Vince Vaughn and Aubrey Plaza are also part of the cast. The film will be directed by Peter Atencio with Kevin Burrows and Matt Mider serving as the writers. Animal Friends is bankrolled by Legendary banner, Ryan's Maximum Effort and Namit Malhotra's Prime Focus Studios.

The visual effects will be handled by DNEG.
