John Travolta and Katherine Heigl will be leading the upcoming rom-com That's Amore!, written and helmed by Green Book-fame filmmaker and two-time  Academy Award winner Nick Vallelonga. Christopher Walken is also in talks to star in the upcoming film.

Travolta will be seen as Nick Venere, a middle-aged man who has never married and is well past his dating years. Having not heard the words 'I Love You' so far, he figures he never will. Heigl's Patty Amore, a shy and introverted woman, has withdrawn from dating because of a secret from her past, and her over-protective father. She's filled with various tics and nervous habits of her own. Nick and Patty bump into each other and share an immediate connection. Their families get involved when the two emotionally damaged people attempt to date each other, making the results hilarious.

Vallelonga, Cassian Elwes, Brenda Emmett and Vince Emmett will produce for Vallelonga Productions, Elevated Films, and American Troubadours, respectively. Two-time Academy Award-nominated cinematographer Dante Spinotti, Academy Award-winning production designer Gianni Quaranta, three-time Academy Award-nominated editor Steven Rosenblum, and costume designer Betsy Heimann are also onboard That's Amore!
