The first look trailer for Daliland captures the life of eccentric artist Salvador Dali on screen. The film moves the story through Dali’s new assistant James, who is overwhelmed by the surreal, chaotic nature of Dali’s world. James is played by Christopher Briney while Ben Kingsley essays the role of an older Salvador Dali.

The younger version of Dali is portrayed by Ezra Miller while Barbara Sukowa plays Dali’s muse Gala Dali. The cast of the film also includes Alexander Beyer, Avital Lvova, Rupert Graves, Andreja Pejić, Suki Waterhouse, and Mark McKenna.

The film is directed by American Psycho fame Mary Harron and was chosen to close the 47th Toronto International Film Festival. Daliland is based on a script written by John C Walsh. Daliland is currently scheduled to release on June 9, 2023.
