Liv Tyler to star in Captain America: New World Order

She will be reprising her role as Betty Rose after 15 years since her performance in The Incredible Hulk

We had earlier reported that the production of the fourth Captain America film titled, Captain America: New World Order has begun. Liv Tyler, who played the role of Betty Rose in Marvel Cinematic Universe's The Incredible Hulk, is all set to reprise her role in the upcoming film. 

The film will star Anthony Mackie in the lead as Sam Wilson or Falcon. The upcoming film will be part of Marvel Cinematic Universe's Phase 5 and will be released on May 3, 2024. 

Captain America: New World Order will also star Tim Blake Nelson, Harrison Ford and Danny Ramirez. Ford is joining the franchise in the role of General Thaddeus Ross. Willaim Hurt, who passed away last year, was essaying the role previously. 

Julius Onah will be directing Captain America: New World Order from a script from Dalan Musson and Malcolm Spellman.

The plot details for Captain America: New World Order is kept under wraps at the moment. But, as per the ending of Falcon and the Winter Soldier, Sam Wilson should be given a new challenge, as he has become worthy of wielding Captain America's shield.
