Prime Video released the trailer of the fifth and final season of the upcoming The Marvelous Mrs Maisel, on social media on Tuesday. The series will premiere on April 14 with the first three episodes, followed by a new episode out every week, until the finale on May 26.

The show revolves around the titular character who is young mother of two. After her husband leaves her, she discovers that she has a talent for stand-up comedy. In the fifth and final season, Midge finds herself closer than ever to the success she's dreamed of, only to discover that closer than ever is still so far away.

Starring Rachel Brosnahan, Alex Borstein, Michael Zegen, Marin Hinkle, among others, the series is created Amy Sherman-Palladino and executive produced by Daniel Palladino. It is written and directed by Sherman-Palladino

The Marvelous Mrs Maisel has won 20 Primetime Emmy Awards, including Outstanding Comedy Series; six Critics Choice Awards; four Screen Actors Guild Awards; three Golden Globe Awards; and more.
