Luke Wilson, Greg Kinnear cast in You Gotta Believe

The film also stars Sarah Gadon, Michael Cash, Etienne Kellici and Molly Parker

Luke Wilson and Greg Kinnear have been cast in the upcoming film You Gotta Believe which is based on a true story of Texas’ 2002 Westside Little League team Fort Worth.

Apart from Luke and Greg, the film also stars Sarah Gadon, Michael Cash, Etienne Kellici and Molly Parker. The film is directed by Ty Roberts with the production taking place currently.

You Gotta Believe revolves around the Little League team and its members who dedicate their play to the father of one of the teammates, who is going to die soon. As the team strives hard to grab the win, the film is backed by Santa Rita Film Co.

“We are excited to bring this touching story to life with our amazing cast. This tale of grit and determination will inspire audiences of all ages. Some of the most compelling stories come from sports, no matter what age. We are honored to partner with Little League Baseball and Softball to bring Bobby and Jon’s story to the screen," Robert said to Deadline.

A release date for the film is yet to be announced.
