Harvey Guillen, Lukas Gage, Megan Suri joins cast of Companion

We had earlier reported that Jack Quaid will be headlining an upcoming sci-fi thriller titled Companion. Joining him, the film will also feature Harvey Guillen, Lukas Gage and Megan Suri.

The film will be directed by Drew Hancock marking his directorial debut. He has also written the script. The details on the plot are kept under wraps.

Companion will be produced by Zach Cregger, who previously wrote and helmed the 2022 American horror thriller film Barbarian. Cregger is co-producing the feature along with Raphael Margules and J.D. Lifshitz of BoulderLight Pictures. It will also be backed by Vertigo's Roy Lee, BoulderLight’s Raphael Margules, and J.D. Lifshitz, and Miri Yoon.

Earlier, Companion was planned to serve as a follow-up to Barbarian. Later, Zach Cregger shifted to focus on his own script, Weapons, which is set to feature Renate Reinsve and Pedro Pascal.
