Jeremy Renner returns home after snowplow accident

Actor Jeremy Renner, who was hospitalised following a snow-plowing accident, has returned home after his recovery period at the hospital. While promoting his series Mayor of Kingstown, the actor took to Twitter to share his health update. 


It may be noted that Renner suffered blunt chest trauma and orthopedic injuries in a weather-related accident near Reno, Nevada, on New Year's day. He underwent surgery immediately after at a nearby medical center. On January 7, he also celebrated his 52nd birthday at the hospital. 

He is popularly known for his work in the Mayor of Kingstown and Marvel's Hawkeye series as well as the Avengers and Captain America films. He secured Oscar nominations for The Hurt Locker in 2010 and as a supporting actor for The Town in 2011. Meanwhile, the Mayor of Kingstown's second season recently premiered on Paramount+.
