Netflix has released the trailer of its upcoming documentary on Pamela Anderson, Pamela, a love story, on social media on Wednesday. The documentary will premiere on January 31.

Pamela, a love story is said to be an intimate and humanising portrait of one of the world’s most famous blonde bombshells. The documentary will follow the life and career of Pamela.

The trailer gives the glimpse of the documentary, including opening about the leak of sex tape with her former husband Tommy Lee. The trailer also throws light on Pamela "wanting to take control of the narrative for the first time" and not wanting to be a "damsel in distress".

The upcoming documentary film is helmed by filmmaker Ryan White and will throw light on the intimate and unshared details and moments from Pamela's earlier days in British Columbia, her rise to fame as model and actor, and her romantic pursuits. It will be a first person account, backed by photos and journal entries.
