Netflix renews The Mole for second season

Netflix has renewed its series The Mole for second season, which premiered on the streaming platform October 2022.

Originally premiered on ABC in 2001, The Mole centres around 12 players who are forced to work together in different challenges that will eventually add money to the prize pot. While only one can win the prize, a mole is planted among the group, whose aim is to sabotage against the rest.

It is based on Belgian series De Mol which was originally created by Bart De Pauw, Michel Vanhove, Michiel Devlieger, and Tom Lenaerts. Chris Culvenor, Paul Franklin, Eden Gaha, and David Tibballs will executive produce the film.
