The seventh instalment in the Transformers franchise, a new trailer of Transformers: Rise of the Beasts was released during the Super Bowl on Sunday. This sequel unveils the next bots known as the Maximals, the Predacons and the Terrocons. They are machines that convert to animal-like forms, instead of cars.

Paramount Pictures released the first official trailer for Transformers: Rise of the Beasts in December. The film is a sequel to the 2018 film Bumblebee and is inspired by the ’90s Beast Wars cartoon. Transformers: Rise of the Beasts is directed by Steven Caple Jr who is best known for directing the Rocky spinoff Creed II.

The human cast of the film includes Anthony Ramos, Dominique Fishback, Tobe Nwigwe, and Luna Lauren Vélez. While Peter Cullen returns to voice the leader of Autobots Optimus Prime, the rest of the Transformers voice cast includes Ron Perlman, Pete Davidson, Liza Koshy, Michelle Yeoh, John DiMaggio, and Peter Dinklage. Transformers: Rise of the Beasts is currently scheduled to release on June 9.
