Ken Marino, Anjelah Johnson-Reyes, and more join the cast of Candy Cane Lane

Prime Video has announced the names of a few more stars who will be joining the cast of Candy Cane Lane. Ken Marino, Anjelah Johnson-Reyes and DC Young Fly are the new cast members of the film that already has Eddie Murphy, Tracee Ellis Ross, Jillian Bell, Genneya Walton, Madison Thomas, Thaddeus J. Mixson, Robin Thede, Chris Redd, Danielle Pinnock as a part of its cast. 

Directed by Reginald Hudlin, Candy Cane Lane is written by Kelly Younger. The film is based on the latter's own childhood holiday experiences. Eddie Murphy and Charisse Hewitt-Webster back the film for Eddie Murphy Productions. Brian Grazer and Karen Lunder are producing the film on behalf of Imagine Entertainment.

The story details of Candy Cane Lane are still kept under wraps. Candy Cane Lane is being shot in Los Angeles and is a part of the California Film & Television Tax Credit Program. It will premiere on Prime Video. There is no release window announced for the film yet. 

Meanwhile, Ken Marino, known for his role in Brooklyn Nine-Nine, awaits the release of Party Down which premieres on February 24 on Starz. Anjelah is known for her role in Enough Said, and Life & Beth. DC Young Fly was last seen in House Party and is known for Wild’n Out
