Alexandra Shipp joins the cast of Will Gluck's next

Actor Alexandra Shipp has joined the cast of director Will Gluck's untitled R-rated comedy. The film also stars Sydney Sweeney and Glen Powell.

According to Deadline, the film is based on Ilana Wolpert's script, which Will Gluck is rewriting, and further details about the project are yet to be revealed. 

Will Gluck is also producing the film along with Joe Roth and Jeff Kirschenbaum. At the same time, Sydney Sweeney is also credited as an executive producer for Fifty-Fifty Films. 

Shipp found her breakthrough in the Academy Award-nominated film  Tick, Tick... Boom!. The actor has also gained fame starring as a younger version of Storm in X-Men: Apocalypse and X-Men: Dark Phoenix. She will be seen starring in Greta Gerwig's Barbie for Warner Bros., which features Margot Robbie and Ryan Gosling in the lead.
