The third season of Mayor of Kingstown, starring Jeremy Renner, will go on floors in January 2024. The actor's co-star Emma Laird, who plays the role of Iris, posted a photo of herself and Jeremy on Instagram and confirmed the news.

The crime drama thriller was renewed for third season earlier this year, but faced delays after Jeremy faced injuries after the snowplough incident and suffered injuries. Set in a fictional town Kingston, the series shows the actor playing the role of Mike McClusky who acts as a middleman between police and gangs. The show was created by Taylor Sheridan and Hugh Dillon and also featured actors Kyle Chandler, Taylor Handley, among others.
