Actors Murray Bartlett, Annie Murphy, and Christine Baranski are set to star as regulars in the upcoming second season of Nine Perfect Strangers, in addition to Dolly De Leon, Maisie Richardson-Sellers, King Princess, Aras Aydin and Lucas Englander.

The first season came out on Hulu in August 2021 and revolved around nine strangers who come to a resort with the aim to get a better way of living. The series is based on Liane Moriarty's novel of the same name.

The author is also the executive producer of the first season, which starred Nicole Kidman, Melissa McCarthy, Michael Shannon, Luke Evans, Bobby Cannavale, Regina Hall, Samara Weaving, Melvin Gregg, Asher Keddie, Grace Van Patten, Tiffany Boone and Manny Jacinto. It was helmed by Jonathan Levine. Nicole Kidman will reprise her role as resort manager in the second season.
