The trailer of Good Grief, the upcoming film starring and directed by Dan Levy, is out. The film will premiere on Netflix on January 5.

Dan will be writing and starring in the film alongside Ruth Negga, Himesh Patel, Luke Evans, Celia Imrie, Arnaud Valois, David Bradley, and Jamael Westman. The upcoming film is backed by Dan Levy, Megan Zehmer’s Not A Real Production Company banner, Stacey Snider, Kate Fenske, and Debra Hayward.

“When Marc's husband Oliver (Luke Evans) unexpectedly dies, his world shatters. Sending him and two best friends on a soul-searching trip to Paris that reveals hard truths each need to face,” reads the synopsis of the film.

“There’s such joy in this movie, it has much more to do with life than death which is why the movie starts with a death but doesn’t end with one,” said Levy in a statement.
