Nicole Kidman's Expats to premiere at TIFF

Expats, the upcoming series by Lulu Wang, will have a world premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival. The series stars Nicole Kidman, Sarayu Blue, Ji-young Yoo, Jack Huston and Brian Tee in prominent roles.

The series focuses on the group of expatriates living in Hong Kong. Expats will consist of six episodes and is based on Janice YK Lee's novel by the name The Expatriates. The series will premiere on Prime Video soon.

As per TIFF, Nicole plays the role of an expat in Hong Kong struggling with an unimaginable family tragedy. The series is backed by Blosson Films, Amazon Studios and Per Capita Productions. Nicole Kidman, Per Saari, Theresa Park, Alice Bell, Melanie Marnich, Lulu Wang serve as executive producers.
