Pedro Pascal and Ethan Hawke's Strange Way of Life gets release date 

The film is directed by filmmaker Pedro Almodovar.

Strange Way of Life, the short film which stars Pedro Pascal and Ethan Hawke and had a world premiere at Cannes Film Festival, will have a release in October. The film will be distributed by Sony Pictures Classics.

The short will feature the lead actors as a queer couple who reunite after a long time. The film is directed by filmmaker Pedro Almodovar.

Strange Way of Life is about Silva (Pedro) who takes a journey to cross the desert in order to reunite with his friend Sheriff (Ethan). While they share a common past, their reunion becomes an instance of complex human emotions and show of unannounced actions.

The ensemble cast includes José Condessa, Jason Fernández, Sara Sálamo,  Erenice Lohan, , Pedro Casablanc, Manu Ríos among others. The film will release on October 4 in New York and rest of the country on October 6.
