Kelvin Harrison Jr, Murray Bartlett joins the cast of O'Dessa

We had earlier reported that the Stranger Things breakout star Sadie Sink would be headlining the upcoming post-apocalyptic rock opera film titled O'Dessa. The latest update is that actors Kelvin Harrison Jr and Murray Bartlett have joined the cast of the film.  

O'Dessa will star Sadie as a farm girl in a post-apocalyptic future who leaves her home to recover a cherished family heirloom. On her journey, she explores a strange and deadly city and finds true love - but she must save her lover's soul with the power of destiny and song. 

The details about the roles of the newly added cast are yet to reveal. However the, according to Deadline, Harrison will play O'Dessa's love interest, Euri Dervish. 

Written and directed by Geremy Jasper, O'Dessa will feature original songs written and produced by Jasper and Jason Binnick. 

O'Dessa will soon go on floors in Croatia.

Meanwhile, Kelvin Harrison Jr is best known for his role in the 2017 horror film, It Comes at Night. His other feature credits include Luce, Waves, The High Note, The Trial of the Chicago 7, Cyrano and Elvis. 

Murray Bartlett is widely known for his role as the recovering drug addict Armond in the first season of the HBO series The White Lotus, which earned him an Emmy and a Critics' Choice Award. His other acting credits include, Looking and Tales of the City.
