Christopher Lloyd joins Mandalorian Season 3

There is no scheduled release date for the third season of The Mandalorian

Actor Christopher Lloyd of Back to the Future fame is the newest addition to The Mandalorian, which is currently filming its third season.

The details about Lloyd's role has not been revealed yet. However, according to the report, it looks like the actor will be appearing in a guest role. Previously many known faces like him have made brief appearances in the Star Wars series. The first season had award-winning director Werner Herzog making a two-episode appearance as the "Client." Other famous guest stars include Matt Lanter, Natalia Tena, Clancy Brown, Paul Sun Hyung Lee, and Amy Sedaris. Though actors Temuera Morrison and Ming-Na Wen first appeared in guest roles as Boba Fett and Fennec Shand, their characters were later spun into an entirely new series The Book of Boba Fett.

The second season of The Mandalorian concluded in December 2020. The plot for the third season of The Mandalorian is kept as a secret too. 

There is no scheduled release date for the third season of The Mandalorian.
