The fourth season of the DC series Titans has begun production. Producer Richard Hatem announced the news on Twitter by posting a picture of the clapperboard from the first episode.

"Aaaand we're back! First day of production, TITANS SEASON 4!," read the caption of Hatem's post.

Developed by Akiva Goldsman, Geoff Johns, and Greg Berlanti, based on characters from DC, the third season of the series premiered on HBO Max in August 2021. In the third season, the Titans relocated to Gotham City following the death of Robin/Jason Todd (Curran Walters) and the disappearance of Batman/Bruce Wayne (Iain Glen). The season had the team go up against Jonathan Crane (Vincent Kartheiser), a character popularly known as the Scarecrow, and against a revived Jason Todd who took up the mantle of the Red Hood.

The cast of Titans includes Brenton Thwaites, Anna Diop, Teagan Croft, Ryan Potter, Conor Leslie, and Joshua Orpin. The latest addition to the fourth season is Joseph Morgan, who will portray Brother Blood/Sebastian Blood, and Lisa Ambalavanar, who will play Jinx.

An official release date for the fourth season is yet to be announced. Goldsman, Johns, and Berlanti executively produce along with Greg Walker and Sarah Schechter. The series is produced by Goldsman’s Weed Road Pictures and Berlanti Productions in association with Warner Bros. Television.
