Netflix crashes briefly after Stranger Things Season 4: Volume 2 release

Netflix briefly crashed after millions of users tried to stream the recently-released two final episodes of Stranger Things Season 4: Volume 2. Subscribers faced difficulties accessing the latest episodes due to a 'network error'. Furious and disappointed with the error, thousands of fans thronged Twitter to register their angst.

The final two episode were released as a part of the season 4 finale nearly a month after the release of volume of the fourth season.

Stranger Things season 4 has Eleven, Mike, Max, Steve and the rest of the gang reuniting to defeat Vecna and its evil forces to save Hawkins and the rest of the world. The final episodes amount to a whopping four hours of content, with the last episode alone spanning about two hours and 19 minutes. 

Volume two is expected to have many twists and turns and Netflix has confirmed that there will be some big shockers in store for viewers. Cast members have also teased that there may be some big deaths in the finale. Stranger Things franchise, one of the most popular shows on OTT, is expected to end with season 5.
