Two new posters from the upcoming DC film titled The Batman was released on Wednesday. In one of the posters, Batman and Catwoman are seen standing side by side and this has led to anticipation around a team up between the two in the film. Many fans also theorized that this moment would be a turning point for Robert Pattinson’s Batman in the film. 

Director Matt Reeves, spoke about the film at DC Fandome 2021, where he had said, “I felt we'd seen a lot of origin stories," and added, "We'd seen things go further and further into fantasy, and I thought 'Well one place we haven't been is grounding it the way that 'Year One' does. To come right into a young Batman. Not be an origin tale but refer to his origins and shake him to his core."

The second poster features a close up shot of Batman in his mask with a spotlight on his piercing eyes. It is one of the best posters of The Batman to release so far and there is a huge buildup among fans for the release. The Warner Bros film is slated to be released on March 4.
