Quintessa Swindell and Esai Morales are the latest addition to the cast of Paul Schrader's Master Gardener. It was previously reported that Joel Edgerton and Sigourney Weaver will be headlining the cast. 

According to Variety, Swindell will be essaying Maya, the great-niece of Mrs Harverhill (played by Weaver), while Morales will play a protection officer. Further details related to the film, including additional cast, are currently under wraps.

Master Gardener is also written by Schrader. The film tells the story of a horticulturist (played by Edgerton), who is torn between two women, one his mother's age, and the other young enough to be his daughter. Paul Schrader's last release was The Card Counter. 

Master Gardener recently entered production and is yet to get a release date.
