An enviable lineup 

What if his last two films Adam Joan and Tiyaan received a lukewarm response? It seems Prithviraj has quite a solid lineup ready to hit the screens in 2018. While the actor has just wrapped up Pradeep M Nair's Vimanam, he will be teaming up with the same director once again for another ambitious project. Titled Metre Gauge 1904, the film has Prithviraj playing the role of an engineer involved in the first metre gauge railway service. 

“It's a dream that Pradeep and I share. And as always we are dreaming big. Don't ask me when coz there is humongous amounts of research and prep that something like this demands...and definitely don't ask me how much... coz the last thing we want this film to be known by is its budget,” posted the actor.  

Another interesting project of the actor ready to hit screens early next year is Detroit Crossing, a bilingual cross-over film. He is also busy with the final leg of My Story featuring Prithvi-Parvathy pair in the lead after Ennu Ninte Moideen. Meanwhile, the actor's most awaited outing next year is Anjali Menon's untitled film currently progressing in Ooty. Touted as the comeback vehicle of Nazriya Nazim, the film also stars Parvathy in a lead role.
