
Kannappa, the multi-starrer fantasy drama starring Vishnu Manchu in the lead, has finally opened in theatres on June 27. Directed by Mukesh Kumar Singh, the film features prominent stars like Akshay Kumar, Prabhas, Kajal Aggarwal and Mohanlal in extended cameos.
The film is based on a mythological tale of a staunch Lord Shiva devotee. Vishnu Manchu’s father Mohan Babu, who plays a major role in Kannappa, is also the producer for the film, in association with 24 Frames Factory. The film also boasts of international technicians like Sheldon Chau, who helms the cinematography and Kecha Khamphakdee who has choreographed the stunts and war sequences.
