Keerthy Suresh is currently in Hyderabad promoting her upcoming film Revolver Rita, which is set for release on November 27. The Telugu-dubbed version will also be released with the same title. Actors Ajay Ghosh and Ajay are playing key roles in the film.

During the promotions, a journalist counter-questioned Keerthy about her previous remark where she had stated that Thalapathy Vijay is a better dancer than Chiranjeevi. The scribe asked how she could compare Vijay with Megastar Chiranjeevi. Responding calmly, Keerthy explained that her comments were taken out of context. “I never said one is lesser and another is greater. Both of them are legendary actors. Chiranjeevi sir is a Megastar and a true legend, and Vijay sir is also a legend in his own right. I was asked for my opinion, and it was my choice to say what I genuinely felt. I have watched more of Vijay sir’s films, and in Tamil cinema he is a legend,” Keerthy said.

She further clarified that she did not intend to offend anyone. “I even spoke to Chiranjeevi sir personally, and he appreciated my honesty and the way I answered. If anyone felt hurt, then that’s my mistake, and I’m sorry,” she added.

Reiterating that she was merely expressing her perspective, Keerthy shifted the focus back to her film. Directed by JK Chandru, Revolver Rita is a dark comedy. “There may have been many films in this backdrop, but this is probably the first time a female lead is headlining a dark comedy. The scenes between Radhika garu and me have come out really well,” she said.

The actress revealed that the story unfolds over the course of a single day and features several interesting characters. “Each character has been written with purpose, and everyone has performed beautifully. I’m confident that the audience will enjoy this film,” Keerthy concluded.
