After a series of action-driven entertainers, Ravi Teja will be seen headlining a comedy entertainer next with Bhartha Mahasayulaku Wignyapati. The film, directed by Kishore Thummala, also stars Dimple Hayathi and Ashika Ranganath as the female leads. On Wednesday, the second single from the film, titled ‘Addham Mundhu,’ was unveiled.
Bheems Ceciroleo has composed the music. While ‘Addam Mundhu’ song is entirely shot on foreign locales, the beats and melody is very rooted in Indian sensibilities, with heavy purcussions. The use of certain instruments, which are conventionally used in wedding or celebratory events, further piques your interest. This number provides a complete contrast to the first single 'Bella Bella' which was more urban and peppy, and achieved considerable popularity.
Shreya Ghoshal is the female vocalist, sharing credits with Kapil Kapilan. Chandrabose has penned the lyrics, and the music video is choreographed by Sekhar VJ.
BMW was officially launched in June this year, with shoot commencing in Hyderabad. The comedy entertainer is being produced by Sudhakar Cherukuri under SLV banner. Kishore Tirumala, who has also penned script for the film, is known for making comedy films like Nenu Sailaja and Chitralahari among others.
The film’s technical team includes cinematographer Prasad Murella, editor Sreekar Prasad, and production designer AS Prakash. The first glimpse, released a few weeks ago, also introduces its ensemble cast with actors like Vennela Kishore, Satya, Subhalekha Sudhakar, Muralidhar Goud and Sunil.
BMW is slated for a box office clash with films like Chiranjeevi-Nayanthara’s Mana Shankara Varaprasad Garu, Prabhas’ The Raja Saab, Sharwanand-starrer Nari Nari Naduma Murari, and Naveen Polishetty’s Anaganaga Oka Raju. The makers are yet to set a specific release date.
