Dulquer Salmaan is busy with multiple projects in Telugu, and one of them is Aakasamlo Oka Tara. Directed by Pavan Sadineni, the film is presented by Geetha Arts and Swapna Cinema, with Sundeep Gunnam and Ramya Gunnam producing it under their Lightbox Media banner. The film is scheduled to hit theatres on November 20.
The makers have already released a few promotional videos and character looks from the film. Satvika Veeravalli is set to make her Telugu debut as the female lead, while Shruti Haasan plays an important role. Now, the team has unveiled the first look of Ruhani Sharma, who plays a character named Bijili.
The first-look poster presents Ruhani Sharma in a simple yet captivating avatar. Seated beside a window in a traditional look, she brings a warm and refreshing presence to the frame. According to the makers, Bijili is an unexpected spark who enters the story when everything seems to be moving in a different direction. Her chance encounter brings warmth, spontaneity and an unpredictable turn to a journey that neither character could have planned.
The makers describe Aakasamlo Oka Tara as a distinctive emotional drama with an uplifting narrative. The teaser, released recently, offered a glimpse into the central characters and the story. The film revolves around a village girl with big ambitions and the unwavering support she receives from the male protagonist as she strives to fulfil her dreams.
Sujith Sarang handles the cinematography, while GV Prakash Kumar composes the music. Shwetha Sabu Cyril is in charge of production design.
Aakasamlo Oka Tara is set for a pan-India theatrical release in Telugu, Tamil, Hindi and Malayalam.
