After delivering two different films — the comedy entertainer Nari Nari Naduma Murari and the sports drama Biker — actor Sharwanand is now ready for a high-intensity action drama. He has joined hands with director Sampath Nandi for Bhogi, a period drama inspired by true incidents that took place near the Telangana–Maharashtra border.

The makers recently revealed that the team is currently shooting a major action sequence on a specially erected set. The film marks the first collaboration between Sharwanand and Sampath Nandi, a combination that has already created curiosity among movie lovers.

Produced by KK Radhamohan under the Sri Sathya Sai Arts banner and presented by Lakshmi Radhamohan, the film is being mounted on a grand scale.

The first glimpse through the film’s posters and first look received a positive response, with audiences appreciating its rugged tone and expansive world. The first look of Anupama Parameswaran in a rustic village belle avatar also generated good buzz.

Meanwhile, the team has started shooting a high-voltage emotional action climax on a massive set designed by art director Kiran Kumar Manne.

The action sequence is being choreographed by popular action director Dilip Subbarayan in a unique style, aiming to deliver a memorable theatrical experience. Sharwanand will be performing intense and challenging stunts for this crucial climax episode. The shooting schedule is planned for 20 days, focusing on completing this important portion of the film.

Dimple Hayathi is playing another female lead in the movie. Set in the early 1960s, Bhogi unfolds in a fictional village located on the Telangana–Maharashtra border and explores a gritty world filled with emotion, conflict, and action.

Bheems Ceciroleo is composing the music for this action-packed period drama. The film is scheduled to release on August 28 in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, and Hindi languages. Bhogi is expected to arrive as a festive big-screen experience during the Raksha Bandhan season.
