Chiranjeevi is widely regarded as the actor who introduced a new style of dance to Telugu cinema. He became a nationwide sensation with his iconic 'veena step' from Indra. Over the years, he has delivered several memorable dance numbers in films like Gharana Mogudu, Hitler.
Even in Khaidi No. 150, at the age of 61, Chiranjeevi stunned audiences with the popular buckle step. Now, at 71, he continues to surprise fans, showing no signs of slowing down when it comes to dance.
Chiranjeevi will next be seen in Mana Shankara Vara Prasad Garu, where he plays the lead role opposite Nayanthara. The film is directed by Anil Ravipudi, with Venkatesh making a special cameo appearance. The makers recently unveiled another song from the film, titled the ‘Hook Step’.
In the song, Chiranjeevi effortlessly brings back his vintage charm and grace. The ‘Hook Song’ showcases his trademark energy and style.
The song is sung by Baba Sehgal, with music composed by Bheems Cecirolio. Interestingly, Baba Sehgal had earlier delivered popular numbers for Chiranjeevi, including 'Roop Tera Mastana' from Rikshavodu. Sharing the video song on social media, Chiranjeevi said that he danced his heart out and enjoyed every moment of shooting the track.
“This song took me back to pure joy. I danced my heart out and truly enjoyed every moment of filming this #HookStep. Hope you’ll have a blast,” Chiranjeevi wrote.
