The poster from Ustaad Bhagat Singh is said to be from a special dance sequence, recently wrapped on set. Fans have been quick to share and celebrate the look, noting how Harish Shankar seems keen to highlight Pawan Kalyan in fresh and unexpected avatars while staying true to the film’s cop-action theme.
Directed by Harish Shankar, Ustaad Bhagat Singh reunites him with Pawan Kalyan after their 2012 blockbuster Gabbar Singh. The film stars Sreeleela in the female lead, with Raashii Khanna also part of the cast. Naveen Yerneni and Y Ravi Shankar are producing the big-ticket entertainer under the Mythri Movie Makers banner.
Initially announced as an adaptation of Vijay’s Tamil hit Theri, the project was later reworked into an original narrative. Pawan Kalyan plays a police officer at the heart of the story. The technical team features composer Devi Sri Prasad, cinematographer Ayananka Bose, editor Ujjwal Kulkarni and production designer Anand Sai.
With the climax and major portions of the shoot completed, Ustaad Bhagat Singh has now entered post-production. An official release date is awaited, but the new poster has ensured that anticipation around the film remains high.
