After a long hiatus, Manchu Manoj will soon be seen playing a prominent role in the upcoming action-thriller Bhairavam that hits theatres on May 30. The makers released a special theme song for Manoj’s character, titled ‘Theme of Gajapathi,’ on Wednesday.

Composed by Sricharan Pakala, ‘Theme of Gajapathi’ is a stylish rock-infused number, heavy on drums and electric guitar which lend it a grungy vibe. Sricharan has also lent his voice to the song, sharing credits with Kranthi Kiran. Purnachary Challury has penned the lyrics. Additionally, the song programmer S Anant Srikar has been credited as the chief associate music composer.

The action-thriller, written and directed by Vijay Kanakamedala, is an official remake of the 2023 Tamil film Garudan. Bhairavam also stars Bellamkonda Sreenivas, Nara Rohith, Aditi Shankar, Anandhi, and Divya Pillai in the lead cast. The technical crew includes prominent names like Brahma Kadali as the production designer and Chota K Prasad as the editor. Hari K Vedantam is the cinematographer. The film has been produced by KK Radhamohan under Sri Sathya Arts banner.
