
After multiple delays, the much-anticipated Pawan Kalyan starrer Hari Hara Veera Mallu: Part 1 - Sword vs Spirit is ready for a theatrical release on June 12. On Wednesday, the makers of the film released their new single, ‘Asura Hananam,’ at a grand ceremony in Hyderabad. The ceremony was attended by film’s leading team members including MM Keeravani, who has composed music for the film.
Penned by Rambabu Gosala, ‘Asura Hananam’ is a rousing war anthem, capturing the intensity and high-stakes of the protagonist’s battle at hand. The song features vocals from multiple playback singers like Airaa Udupi, Kaala Bhairava, Sai Charan Bhaskaruni, Lokeshwar Edra and Hymath Mohammed. ‘Asura Hananam’ is grand in its composition, with impressive use of strings section to build a tense crescendo.
Jyothi Krisna and Krish Jagarlamudi share the direction credits for the film, while A Dayakar Rao is producing the film under Mega Surya Productions. AM Rathnam is onboard as the presenter. The film also stars Bobby Deol as the antagonist.
Manoj Paramahamsa and Gnana Shekar VS are the cinematographers for the film, while veteran production designer Thota Tharani is part of the crew as well. The period action-drama also has multiple renowned action choreographers like Nick Powell, Sham Kaushal, Peter Hein, Dragon Prakash and Ram-Laxman among others as part of the project.
Pawan Kalyan has another project titled OG in the pipeline. The film recently went back to shooting floors after a long break, owing to Pawan Kalyan’s political commitments.
