The makers of the upcoming Anushka Shetty’s Ghati made an announcement that the film is going to get its first glimpse on November 7, which also marks the birthday of the Arundati actor. The film is helmed by director Krish Jagarlamudi, who previously collaborated with the actor on Vedam.
Producers Vamsi Krishna Reddy, Pramod Uppalapati, Y Rajeev Reddy, and J Sai Babu bankrolled Ghati under the labels of UV Creations and First Frame Entertainments. The makers express confidence that the film will be a landmark in Anushka’s career. The filming is said to be nearing completion.
The makers gave an announcement for Ghati in March and wrote, “A gripping tale of revenge, redemption and retribution where a victim turned criminal rises to a status of legend. Anushka plays an authoritative character in this female-centric movie.”
More details about Ghati are expected to come on the same date as the release of the first glimpse. Anushka Shetty was last seen in Miss Shetty Mr Polishetty alongside Naveen Polishetty, which turned out to be a success at the box office.
