Bhairavam trailer: A fight between faith and greed over sacred land

The trailer for Bhairavam, directed by Vijay Kanakamedala, was released on Sunday. The trailer offers a glimpse into a rural action drama centred on the protection of a temple from political interference. Opening with a verse from the Bhagavad Gita, the trailer introduces a conflict driven by greedy minister’s attempt to seize the land of the Vaarahi Temple. The narrative follows three close friends, played by Bellamkonda Sai Sreenivas, Manoj Manchu and Nara Rohith, who unite to defend the sanctity of the temple.

Bellamkonda Sreenivas takes on the role of Seenu, a character portrayed as fiercely loyal and deeply connected to the temple’s fate. Bhairavam showcases him as an underdog who rises to confront the antagonist’s power. Manoj and Rohith support the central conflict, with all three leads appearing in rugged, rural avatars.

Bhairavam’s technical crew has cinematographer Hari K Vedantam, music composer Sricharan Pakala and editor Chota K Prasad. The film is produced by KK Radhamohan under Sri Sathya Sai Arts and presented by Pen Studios. Aditi Shankar, Anandhi and Divya Pillai are part of the extended cast. The action drama has dialogues by Satyarshi and Toom Venkat.

Bhairavam is the Telugu remake of the Tamil film Garudan and is scheduled for theatrical release on May 30.
