The release of Pawan Kalyan’s long-delayed period drama Hari Hara Veera Mallu may be postponed once again, according to various reports. The film, which has already seen several delays since its announcement in 2020, was expected to hit screens on June 12. However, reports suggest that incomplete VFX work could result in the release being moved to July.
While the makers have not yet issued an official confirmation, the visual effects work may only be completed by mid-June. To avoid a last-minute rush, the team is reportedly considering a delay. This development could potentially affect the release of Vijay Deverakonda’s Kingdom, which was previously rescheduled to accommodate Hari Hara Veera Mallu.
Hari Hara Veera Mallu is directed by Krish Jagarlamudi and Jyothi Krisna and produced by AM Rathnam. It stars Nidhhi Agerwal as the female lead, with Bobby Deol and Anupam Kher in key roles. MM Keeravani composed music, while Manoj Paramahamsa and Gnana Shekar VS handled cinematography.
Despite Pawan Kalyan’s popularity, Hari Hara Veera Mallu has struggled to generate momentum due to production delays, financial issues, unclear promotional strategy, and questions surrounding post-production. A pre-release event is scheduled for June 8 in Tirupati, where further clarity on the release date and the film’s trailer is expected.
