Ram Pothineni is headlining the upcoming slice-of-age drama Andhra King Taluka, for which Vivek-Mervin are composing the music. The first single of the film was released on Friday.

Sung by Anirudh, ‘Nuvvunte Chaley’ is a dreamy romantic number that starts on a gentle note but gradually acquires an intense and rousing quality. The use of piano and saxophone, merging with a groovy arrangement style further elevates the composition. Ram Pothineni himself has served as the lyricist for the romantic number.

The song video features Ram Pothineni and female lead Bhagyashri Borse coming closer to each other over many village fair visits, shopping sprees and shared soft drinks. Andhra King Taluka marks the Telugu debut for Vivek-Mervin, who have previously composed music for films like Pattas, Sulthan, and Hitler.
