On Sunday, the makers of Prabhas starrer The Raja Saab released the promo of their new single, also announcing the release date for full single. The song titled ‘Sahana Sahana’ will be out on December 17.
The new song teaser, which features Prabhas and Nidhhi Agerwal, also brings out a new element of the film that has so far banked on its horror-comedy set up and Prabhas’ massy aura. The ‘Sahana Sahana’ promises to show Prabhas in a youthful and romantic avatar, as he wooes Nidhhi Agerwal. Thaman S is the music composer for the film.
The first single, 'Rebel Saab,' has garnered nearly 30 million hits on YouTube.
Directed by Maruthi, The Raja Saab also features Malavika Mohanan and Riddhi Kumar in the female lead roles, while Sanjay Dutt and Boman Irani play significant roles. The film is produced by TG Vishwa Prasad and Krithi Prasad under People Media Factory. The technical team has cinematographer Karthik Palani, production designer Rajeevan, and editor Kotagiri Venkateshwara Rao.
The Raja Saab is confirmed to have a grand theatrical release on January 9, 2026. The Prabhas starrer will have competition from other films like Chiranjeevi’s Mana Shankara Varaprasad Garu, which will arrive 3 days later on January 12. Meanwhile, Sharwanand starrer Nari Nari Naduma Murari is confirmed for January 14, arriving last. Naveen Polishetty’s Anaganaga Oka Raju and Ravi Teja’s Bhartha Mahasayulaku Wigynapthi are the other Telugu releases for the Sankranthi week.
With less than a month for the film’s release, the makers of The Raja Saab are expected to amp up the promotions in coming few days.
