After delivering a powerful performance in Mangalavaaram, Payal Rajput is returning with another intense drama titled Venkatalachimmi. On her birthday, the makers released her first look from the film, which clearly hints at another gripping and emotional narrative. Payal, who made her Telugu debut with RX 100, has since acted in several Telugu films.
Directed by Muni, the new poster of Venkatalachimmi itself suggests that the film will be intense, gripping, and thrilling. Produced by Raja and Pawan Bandreddy, the poster shows Payal Rajput hanging upside down in what appears to be a prison cell, with chains tied to her hands and a mangalsutra placed on the floor beneath her.
The poster also mentions that the first-look video and a glimpse of the film will be released soon. Director Muni revealed that the story is based on the revenge journey of an Adivasi woman, featuring strong emotions and compelling storytelling.
Payal Rajput said she was deeply moved by the story and expressed confidence that, after watching the film, audiences might even start calling her Venkatalachimmi because of the character’s emotional intensity. The makers also announced that the film will be released in six languages.
