Director Trivikram Srinivas is gearing up to begin shooting for his upcoming film with Venkatesh. However, even before the shooting has begun, the project has grabbed film-goers' attention with a reported title leak. The makers have reported registered the title Bandhu Mitrula Abhinandanalatho at the Telugu Film Chamber of Commerce.
According to reports, Trivikram has been keen on choosing a rooted Telugu title, leading to the registration of Bandhu Mitrula Abhinandanalatho. The phrase holds cultural significance as it appears on traditional wedding invitations in Telugu speaking states.
This film marks the first directorial collaboration between Trivikram and Venkatesh. Though the director has earlier worked on films featuring Venkatesh, it was in the capacity of a writer, not a director. The project was officially launched a few weeks ago, and the regular shoot is expected to commence this month. The film features Srinidhi Shetty as the female lead and is being produced by S. Radhakrishna under Haarika & Hassine Creations.
Meanwhile, Venkatesh is currently occupied with Anil Ravipudi’s film Mana Shankara Varaprasad Garu. The project stars Chiranjeevi and Nayanthara in lead roles, with Venkatesh reportedly playing either a pivotal role or an extended cameo. A song featuring both Chiranjeevi and Venkatesh is currently being shot.
