Actor-politician Sarath Kumar took to social media to share a chance enouncter he had with actor Rajnikanth. Sarath Kumar also penned a note, through which he recounted their meeting.
Taking to his X handle, Sarath Kumar wrote, "A pleasant surprise meeting Rajinikanth sir in the flight from Bangalore to Chennai and exchanging our work schedules at mysore and on arrival Chennai taking pictures with fans and admirers, the people who are the reasons for who we are today and what we are today, this sure was an enjoyable cherished moment that we shared."
Sarath Kumar, who was last seen in Daadi Ki Shaadi, has two films in the pipeline. He will collaborate with Kingston-fame Kamal Prakash on a new film, and with Padayappa producer PL Thenappan for another film.
Meanwhile, Rajinikanth will be seen in Nelson's Jailer 2, which is set to release on October 15. The upcoming film will feature the actor reprising his role as Muthuvel Pandian from Jailer (2023).
