Tamil weekend box office: Yet another week and another friday saw a new set of films opening on the big screen. On March 6, Tamil films like Vadam, Kadhal Reset Repeat, Mustafa Mustafa, and Oh Butterfly were released.
Vadam opened by collecting Rs 15 lakhs at the Indian box office, and went on to collect Rs 19 lakhs on Saturday. It is expected to collect more than Rs 20 lakhs on Sunday. As of Saturday, the film has collected Rs 34 lakhs.
On Day 2 of its theatrical run, Kadhal Reset Repeat collected Rs 16 lakhs, a steep rise from its opening day collections of Rs 9 lakhs.
Meanwhile, Mustafa Mustafa opened by collecting Rs 24 lakhs at the box office. The film then collected Rs 9 lakhs on the second day of its theatrical run.
The thriller flick Oh Butterfly, collected a total of Rs 4 lakhs after two days, at the Indian box office.
