Director Sasi's film, Nooru Sami, is nearing its release in theatres. The film, starring Vijay Antony and Swasika in the lead roles, is set to hit the cinemas on June 19, Friday. Ahead of its release, some of the prominent names from Tamil cinema have shared their appreciation for it.

Recently, the likes of H Vinoth, AR Murugadoss, and Karthik Subbaraj spoke highly of the film. The latest to commend it are director Pa Ranjith and actor-cinematographer Natty.

In a note that Vijay Antony Film Corporation, the film's producer, shared on social media, Pa Ranjith said, "Swasika is the pillar of this movie! I liked the movie, and it is an important film for the Tamil audience too. Romba positive ahh iruku movie! (The film is quite positive). Audience-kum ithu connect aagum (It will connect with the audience as well)."

In response, the producer said, "Strong and heartfelt words from Pa Ranjith sir."

On the other hand, Natty said, "What a film! Absolutely wonderful." He also gave a shout out to director Sasi, actors Vijay Antony and Swasika, and the whole technical team behind Nooru Sami. In response, the producer said, "A heartfelt note of appreciation from Natty sir."

The film brings Vijay Antony and Sasi back together after collaboration on 2016's Pichaikkaran. It also stars Ajay Dhishan, Lijomol Jose, Karunas, Sakthi, and Kavya Anil in significant roles. Rounding out the cast are Balaji Sakthivel, Aruldoss, Munishkanth, Padini Kumar, Jenson Dhivakar, Bucks, Vinodhini, Thamarai, Kodangi Vadivelu, Muthualagi, Saratha, Sabitha Roy, Abinaya, Moorthy, and Subramania Siva.

The film's technical team includes cinematographer SB Darshan Kirlosh, composer Balaji Sriram, art director V Sasi Kumar, and editor Harish Yuvaraj.
