On Tuesday, the producers of Abishan Jeevinth and Anaswara Rajan's With Love met with the Tamil Nadu Chief Minister, MK Stalin. Basilian Nazareth and Mahesh Raj Basilian produced the film under the MRP Entertainment banner along with Soundarya Rajinikanth under the Zion Films banner.
Having met the producers, the Chief Minister also interacted with them for a while and appreciated them, as per a press note. With Love, directed by Madhan in his debut, is Abishan's first film as the lead after helming the hit Tourist Family last year with Sasikumar and Simran. It is also Anaswara's first film as the female lead in Tamil.
Since its release on February 6, the film has been receiving rave reviews from fans and audiences and has earned over Rs 25 crore at the box office in India. With Love follows a couple who try to seek closure on their past as they try to establish a relationship between themselves. It also stars Saravanan, Ayaz Khan, Harish Kumar, Kavya Anil, Sacchin Nachiappan and Ravi Mariya, among others.
An excerpt from CE's review of the film reads, "With Love, which reins in the urge to be just another launch vehicle, ends up being a romcom that finds the magic in chaos, butterflies fluttering in the right place, and proves once again that love is mentally mental, indeed."
During a recent press event where the cast and crew celebrated the success of the film, Abishan also announced that he will join hands with producers Soundarya Rajinikanth and Magesh Raj once again for a big-budget film. On the technical front, With Love features music by Shaan Rahman, camera work by Shreyas Krishna and editing by K Suresh Kumar.
