Following the success of With Love, Abishan Jeevinth's first film as an actor, Vijay Deverakonda met him and shared his his appreciation for the project. Elated with his gesture, the actor-director expressed his gratitude and thanked him for the kind words and for the "great conversation" he got to have with him.
Taking to his social media handles, Abishan shared a photo with Vijay Devarakonda and wrote, "With love from Vijay Deverakonda anna. Thank you so much for today, anna. I truly had such a great conversation with you. Hearing all the appreciation and kind words from you meant a lot to me. Feeling really grateful and happy."
Since its release on February 6, the film has been receiving rave reviews from fans and audiences, and has earned over Rs 12 crore at the box office in India. With Love follows a couple who try to seek closure on their past as they try to establish a relationship between themselves. It also stars Saravanan, Ayaz Khan, Harish Kumar, Kavya Anil, Sacchin Nachiappan and Ravi Mariya, among others.
With Love, directed by Madhan in his debut, is Abishan's first film as the lead after helming the hit Tourist Family last year with Sasikumar and Simran. It is also Anaswara's first film as the female lead in Tamil.
During a recent press event where the cast and crew celebrated the success of the film, Abishan also announced that he will join hands with producers Soundarya Rajinikanth and Magesh Raj once again for a big-budget film.
Vijay Devarakonda was last seen in Kingdom last year, directed by Gowtam Tinnanuri. Up next, he will be starring in Rowdy Janardhana, helmed by Ravi Kiran Kola, and Ranabaali, directed by Rahul Sankrityan.
