The second weekend episode of Bigg Boss Tamil 9 majorly comprised Vijay Sethupathi and the eighteen contestants decoding what actually happened in the week's task, 'Bommai Bommai'. Through his breakdown of the events, he made the contestants understand that some had to sacrifice their win for the top three to earn their spot. With that taking up most of the time for the episode, the host did not save any contestant from eviction.
This week, Parvathy was nominated with 14 votes, alongside a slew of other participants, including Kemy, Diwakar, Kamrudin, Aurora, FJ, Ramya, Apsara, and Sabarinathan. However, it seems like a few of these contestants have been saved.
In the first promo for Sunday's episode, Vijay Sethupathi is seen asking the contestants who they think will be evicted. In the centre, only five contestants expecting eviction are seated, including Kamrudin, Aurora, FJ, Apsara, and Kemy. This clearly indicates that Parvathy, Diwakar, Ramya and Sabarinathan have already been saved from eviction.
While only Sunday's episode of the show will reveal who, out of the four, will be evicted, reports suggest that Apsara CJ has stepped out of the house, as she received the least votes. If reports are to be believed, her exit comes after that of Pravin Gandhi. Meanwhile, Nandhini prematurely left the house on her own accord due to her mental health condition.
Interestingly, many in the promo are seen pointing fingers at Kamrudin when asked about eviction. This comes after Saturday's episode featured Kamrudin being reprimanded by Vijay Sethupathi for not understanding the rules of the captaincy task and blaming his fellow housemates. If he is saved this week, he has received a nomination-free pass for the upcoming week by winning this week's task.
Saturday's episode also had a segment where housemates were asked to name contestants whom they thought had two sides to them.
