During the weekend episodes of Bigg Boss Tamil 9, Vijay Sethupathi advised the contestants of the super deluxe house to use their powers to order the Bigg Boss house members and get their work done. To make things more interesting, Bigg Boss made two luxury contestants move from their house to become ordinary members, with three contestants moving into the super deluxe house.
Bigg Boss made the contestants perform a task, with a few luxury and Bigg Boss house members being asked to dub a scene from Vijay Sethupathi's Kaathuvaakula Rendu Kaadhal. Kamruddin, Praveen Raj, 'Vikkals' Vikram, and Sabarinathan were among the participants. Bigg Boss informed them that if the super deluxe house won, a swap wouldn't take place, but if they lost, two members would have to lose their privilege.
Accordingly, as the super deluxe team lost, Kamruddin and Aurora were chosen to move to the Bigg Boss house. On the contrary, Parvathy, Diwakar and Aadhirai were nominated to become luxury members. With the switch, the super deluxe house now has 7 members, also including Ramya Joo, Subiksha, Viyana and Gana Vinoth.
Following the switch, the luxury members immediately started their game. First, during the nomination process, Viyana and Gana Vinoth were given the nomination-free pass. Then, Parvathy began ordering the majority members in the kitchen to complete work. There, Paaru, Tusshar and Kani Thiru got into a conflict when the formermost sat on the kitchen counter and refused to get up.
The issue soon snowballed into a major conflict, with 17 housemates standing united against her. Despite the pressure, Paaru stood her ground and later tried to explain her perspective calmly. When the housemates refused to eat until she apologised, she eventually said “sorry”, stating that she did not want to carry the guilt of making others go hungry because of her ego.
