
Silambarasan is full of praise for Siddharth’s upcoming 3BHK, helmed by Sri Ganesh. Taking to his X account on Tuesday, the Thug Life actor not only commended the film but also appreciated Siddharth and Sarath Kumar's performances.
He wrote, “Just watched 3BHK. A beautiful, heartfelt film that takes you on an emotional journey. Warm and well performed, Siddharth and Sarath Kumar, sir. Congrats and all the best to Sri Ganesh, Shanthi Talkies, and the whole team.” (sic)
Producer Arun Viswa replied to the praise with gratitude on X and also revealed that the actor made a call to him to appreciate the film. He wrote, “Glad you liked our film, Silambarasan, brother. Thank you for the call and your kind words; it means a lot to me and the whole team.” (sic)
3BHK marks the third directorial of Sri Ganesh after 8 Thottakal and Kuruthi Aattam. The film also stars Sarath Kumar, Devayani, Meetha Raghunath and Chaithra Achar in pivotal roles. The lattermost is all set to make her Tamil debut with the upcoming film. Yogi Babu, Subbu Panchu and Vivek Prasanna will also feature in supporting roles.
3BHK revolves around the middle-class family of four, played by Sarath Kumar, Devayani, Siddharth, and Meetha, respectively, whose only aim in life is to build a house that they can call their own. The film is backed by Arun Viswa, under his Shanthi Talkies banner. The production house previously backed Sivakarthikeyan’s Maaveeran.
The technical crew of 3BHK comprises cinematographers Dinesh B Krishnan and Jithin Stanislaus, editor Ganesh Siva, and music composer Amrit Ramnath. The film is all set to hit theatres on July 4 alongside Ram-Shiva’s Paranthu Po, Anl Arasu-Surya Vijay Sethupathi’s Phoenix and Uday K-Keerthi Pandian’s Akkenam.
Meanwhile, Silambarasan is currently filming for his 49th film, which is set to be helmed by Vetri Maaran. The filmmaker recently confirmed that the film is set in the world of Dhanush’s Vada Chennai but is not Vada Chennai 2. Silambarasan also has films with Ramkumar Balakrishnan, Ashwath Marimuthu and Desingh Periyasamy in the pipeline.
